My daughter was my first and only bio child, but her older brother made me a stepmom. So balancing a new born and a 5 year old was hard. The attention had to be shared and I also balanced between being a step mom and a bio mom and blending them together. Mom life in general isn’t easy! Thanks for sharing your experience!

We’re starting to try for our second and you spoke so much to the fears I already have about bringing another baby into the family! Not to mention the bittersweet ache I feel as I watch my LO grow so much!! Time really does fly!
